Castle Vale JKS FC v Chasetown FC Under 9s
Both teams played very well with small squads of 8 players instead of 11.
10.30 came and we kicked off it was evenally matched for most of the first half but after some near misses and good saves by the Chasetown goalie, Kyion finally scored a screamer from the edge of the box.
Both teams tried for goals in the second half but both goalkeepers were on form. We evenually secured the win with Mitchell scoring with a header. Both teams were praised by both managers for the excellent game and their sportsmanship.
WELL DONE BOYS still unbeaten in the league with a goal difference of 31 after 5 games. (Scored 32 conceded 1 and that was a penalty) .

Castle Vale JKS’s youngest team just keep on scoring.
League – Played 4 Won 4 goals for 30 goals against 1.
Cup Beat team 2 divisions higher 2-1 in preliminary round.
On Sunday 9th November they made the journey to Cannock Town and started the game in the pouring rain. They were soon 3-0 up. The boys played extremely well in the bad conditions and with some brilliant passing were soon 7-0 up. Half time came and with some changes including giving the goalkeeper a chance in midfield they started again. With some excellent passing from all players and some great shots the goals kept coming. The result at full time was 17-0.

WELL DONE to all the team also including Mitchell, Jack, Kyion and Max.
